What are your career goals?
My long-term career goal is to serve in a leadership or program development role within higher education, human resources, or education consulting. I am passionate about equity, community resilience, and public policy, and I hope to integrate these values into my work by helping organizations create inclusive environments and supporting the growth of underrepresented or underserved communities.
As I prepare for graduate school, I am focused on gaining experience that strengthens my leadership skills, deepens my understanding of community-centered practices, and positions me to positively impact students, employees, and local communities. Ultimately, I want to help design and implement programs that expand access, empower individuals, and create sustainable pathways for success.
