Corporate Internship Leadership Institute (CILI). We’re reaching out to connect with students of color to connect them with dynamic, paid internship opportunities with local Fortune 500 companies for Summer 2021. CILI collaborates with companies, educational institutions, and students to provide internship opportunities throughout the Greater New Orleans and Baton Rouge regions. We facilitate professional development, soft skill-building programs, coaching, and mentoring to college students.
When you apply for the Tenth Institute you will be considered for paid internship opportunities across the region we serve and will be exposed to professional development, coaches and mentors. Our Mission & Vision
Corporate Internship Leadership Institute (CILI) is dedicated to cultivating excellence in all students enrolled in 4-year or graduate programs by connecting them to paid internships which provides a qualified experience exchange with skill-building and competency development rooted in the future success of the New Orleans Region and Louisiana to transform and facilitate economic growth by and for its own people.
CILI’s premiere program, The Tenth Institute is dedicated to sourcing college students of color enrolled in 4-year institutions, teaching, and engaging them in career skills and competency development programming, along with internship experiences to create a pipeline of diverse high potential talent, ready for opportunities within companies throughout the New Orleans Region and Louisiana for mid to high wage careers in industries that transform and facilitate economic growth.
Engage in talent development initiatives targeting our region’s leading companies that will lead to changing and enriching lives of college graduates of color in ways that encourage them to stay in the region, become leaders and build legacies that perpetuate talent development for the region for decades to come.
