CILI Immersion Sessions - Public

Each month from January through May, the Career Immersion & Leadership Institute (CILI) hosts dynamic Immersion Workshops across key regions in Louisiana, including New Orleans, Baton Rouge, and Lafayette.

These sessions bring together high-potential college students and emerging professionals with employers, industry leaders, and community organizations for hands-on learning, career exposure, and meaningful dialogue around workforce readiness.

Employers and organizations are invited to:

• Share industry insights and career pathways

• Engage directly with motivated, diverse talent

• Participate in panels, workshops, or guest speaking opportunities

• Build early relationships with future professionals

CILI Immersions are designed to create authentic connections between employers and fellows while highlighting real-world skills, leadership development, and career exploration.
