Exciting news! CILI is thrilled to announce our participation in this year's HBCU Legacy Bowl in New Orleans, Louisiana. We are currently seeking volunteers to help work our booth and engage with students about CILI’s programs and opportunities.
Volunteers will not only represent CILI and connect with attendees, but will also have the opportunity to step away from the booth to network with employers and industry leaders at the event. This is a fantastic chance to build connections, gain exposure, and explore career opportunities.

Allstate HBCU Legacy Bowl Career Fair

The Allstate HBCU Legacy Bowl Career Fair, presented by the Black College Football Hall of Fame, provides job opportunities and career counseling for HBCU sophomores, juniors, seniors and recent graduates. In less than three years, it has become the largest HBCU career fair in the nation. Admission is free.
Participants have the opportunity to connect with the nation's top employers. Live panels will feature experts in career success.
This past year, over 1,500 HBCU students from 58 different HBCUs attended, networking with 110 of the nation's top employers. Hundreds of jobs were offered to HBCU students.
IMPORTANT: Career Fair participation is by invitation only. Request an invite by submitting your application. Be sure to upload a copy of your resume to your application. REQUIREMENTS:

Each month from January through May, the Career Immersion & Leadership Institute (CILI) hosts dynamic Immersion Workshops across key regions in Louisiana, including New Orleans, Baton Rouge, and Lafayette.
These sessions bring together high-potential college students and emerging professionals with employers, industry leaders, and community organizations for hands-on learning, career exposure, and meaningful dialogue around workforce readiness.
Employers and organizations are invited to:
Share industry insights and career pathways
Engage directly with motivated, diverse talent
Participate in panels, workshops, or guest speaking opportunities
Build early relationships with future professionals
CILI Immersions are designed to create authentic connections between employers and fellows while highlighting real-world skills, leadership development, and career exploration.
