The CILI Mid-Year Retreat is designed to help Fellows reflect on their summer internships, employment experiences, and professional growth while reconnecting with the CILI community.

• Employer Panel — Connect with employer partners and learn what professionals look for in emerging talent.
• Financial Literacy with Topher — Back from Kickoff Retreat, Topher returns for a session on money management, budgeting, and long-term success.
• Networking Opportunities — Build connections with Fellows, alumni, employers, and CILI partners.

Invite a Future CILI Fellow

Each Fellow may invite one college student who may be interested in learning more about CILI and becoming a future Fellow.
