We partner with organizations of diverse sizes and industries to cultivate inclusive and equitable solutions for attracting, developing, nurturing, and advancing diverse future leaders. CILI’s partners agree to engage in our mission, which helps provide our students with extensive paid employment (internships, part-time and co-ops) and professional development experiences, and additional experiential resources. Partners also agree to engage with and hire CILI students into internships, and part-time co-op assignments to develop their professional experiences and skills.
