Shoshonna “Sho” Jackson is the Owner and Operator of The Pour Exchange, a for-profit platform dedicated to amplifying underrepresented spirits and wine brands through strategic visibility, industry networking, and collaborative partnerships. With a focus on equity within the hospitality space, Jackson works at the intersection of culture, education, and experiential marketing—creating pathways for emerging brands to access new markets and audiences.

A committed advocate for inclusion and leadership development, Jackson is a 2024 Cohort 6 graduate of Turning Tables, an initiative designed to advance equity and representation within the hospitality industry. She is also a 2025 alum of the Raise the Bar program through Uncle Nearest, further deepening her expertise in spirits education and community engagement.

Her educational background includes advanced spirits training through the Appleton Estate Rum Education Program led by Dr. Joy Spence, as well as completion of The French Connection, a specialized cognac-focused seminar by Moët Hennessy.

Through The Pour Exchange, Jackson continues to build innovative opportunities for connection—producing curated events, brand activations, and pop-ups that center storytelling, craftsmanship, and community. Her work is driven by a clear mission: to reshape access and visibility within the spirits industry while fostering meaningful, lasting industry relationships.
